• Foundations of Mediumship: Learn the basics of safely and respectfully connecting with the spirit world.  Liz Volpe will provide you with the foundational knowledge to open and manage communication with spirits.

• Group Spirit Connections: Participate in guided group sessions where we connect with the spirit world together, creating a safe space for learning, practicing, and growing your mediumship skills.

• Spiritual Practices for Mediumship: Dive into spiritual practices crucial for effective mediumship, including grounding, expanding your energy field, and energy protection.

• Practicing Psychometry: Explore psychometry, a form of mediumship where you connect with the spirit through physical objects, receiving insights about the object’s history or associated energies.

All materials, including sound equipment and meditation aids, will be provided. However, please bring along a journal and pen, and if you would like to bring a photograph, or item that is connected to a loved one in spirit, we can use these during the practical exercises.
